Unfortunately many Toro/Wheel Horse dealers have now ceased trading.
Bearings, belts and seals can still be bought from a reputable bearing specialist. Equivalent electrical parts can also be found or modified easily too.
Gaskets can also be made and mechanical/metalwork can generally be repaired/straightened.
Tricky areas are usually transmission parts - especially early geared and hydro parts. The only way to get replacement parts is to break another good transmission or do a whole swap out.
